Smoothie Bowl into the New Year

Smoothie Recipe

  • 2 cups of frozen fruits (your choice)

  • 3 ripped bananas

  • 2 1/2 cups of Orange Juice or Rice Milk

Then blend all together, now for the toppings!

  • Coconut Shavings

  • Chia Pudding

  • Bananas

  • Cranberries

  • Blueberries 

  • Kiwi 

Cranberries are a very good source of vitamin C, dietary fiber, and manganese, as well as a good source of vitamin E, vitamin K, copper and pantothenic acid.

Bananas are contain a fair amount of fiber, as well as several antioxidants. Also improves digestive health.

Coconut gives you a source of energy, helps digestive health, and helps absorb vitamins and minerals. 

Chia is rich is fiber, high protein, and omega-3 fats, and vitamins. Chia benefits the Skin and Aging process because of the natural phenolic (antioxidants), gives your stronger bones, and dental health. 

Blueberries can improve memory from the antioxidants, benefits the skin, and also aids weight loss. 

Kiwi has 5 times the vitamin C than a regular orange which gives it's name the super fruit. The bright green flesh also is rich in vitamin A, K, E and B, potassium, copper, folate, and fiber.
